Former PG Johnathon Jones signs to play in Europe

Golden Grizzlies Gameplan is reporting that former Oakland point guard Johnathon Jones has signed to play professionally in Slovakia. Jones, the all-time winningest player in Oakland history, will play for MBK Rieker Komarno next season.
Jones holds the all-time assist record in the Summit League, which he led the Grizzlies to dominate last season during a 17-1 campaign capped by a league tournament title and an appearance in the NCAA tournament.
Jones becomes the 24th professional player to come through coach Greg Kampe's program. Jones' teammates Erik Kangas (Spain) and Dan Waterstradt (Romania) also currently play pro ball in Europe.
